Requirements:
- Applicants must be a resident of the Municipality of the City of Woodstock.
- We will fingerprint for pardon, immigration, employment or adoption purposes. (For other reasons, on request only and only with the appropriate paperwork supporting the request.)
- Must attend in person and complete the appropriate “Consent Form”.
- Must produce photo identification (i.e.: Ontario Driver’s Licence, Ontario Health Card).
The fee is $26.50 (cash only – receipt will be issued).
