Mental Health Engagement And Response Team

MHEART is a team of mental health workers from the Canadian Mental Health Association – Thames Valley Addiction & Mental Health Services. MHEART responds to mental health related calls for service with WPS officers. They offer mental health support and community referrals to those in crisis.

MHEART helps by sharing knowledge about mental health and helping to determine if apprehension is suitable during a call.
