Criminal Investigation - Update

WOODSTOCK, ON (March 20, 2023) – On Thursday, March 16, 2023, as a result of a continued investigation, the Woodstock Police Service arrested and charged Trevor Hendershott, age 37,with the additional offences of;

• Sexual Assault
• Invitation to Sexual Touching
• Sexual Interference

Hendershott has been remanded into custody since his arrest on March 9, 2023.

Criminal Investigation

WOODSTOCK, ON (March 10, 2023) – On Thursday, March 9, 2023, the Woodstock Police Service arrested a male who operated a childcare service within the City of Woodstock.

As a result of the investigation, Trevor Hendershott, age 37, has been arrested and charged with the offences;

• Invitation to Sexual Touching
• Sexual Interference

It is believed that the accused is actively involved in other youth based programs within the city. 

Woodstock Police Service is continuing the investigation alongside Oxford Children's Aid Society, and would like to encourage anyone having information about this investigation, or any other incidents relating to interactions with the accused to contact Detective Constable Wilson or Detective Constable Haegens at 519-537-2323, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
