In accordance with Section 37(1)(e) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, every police service board is required to prepare and adopt a diversity plan that aims to ensure the members of the police service reflect the diversity of the communities they serve.
In alignment with this legislative obligation and the Board's ongoing commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity, the Woodstock Police Service Board has prepared and formally adopted the 2025 - 2027 Diversity Plan. This plan outlines the strategies and objectives that will guide the recruitment, retention, and advancement of members within the Woodstock Police Service, with the goal of fostering a workforce that reflects the rich diversity of our city.
